…with Abby from Mediaroots.org spent all day at the General Strike in Oscar Grant Plaza and then left around 5:30pm, i was watching a live stream from home and heard someone say there were 10 sheriff vans heading towards the encampment. The police were completely absent al day, and for the first time since the strike, since the port shutdown they were coming to confront the protestors.
